I’m sorry for kind of falling of the face of the blogosphere! March wasn’t my best month and I really took April to focus on my mental and physical health.
There wasn’t a whole lot of reading involved, except before bedtime. It really helps me fall asleep after putting my phone and laptop away!
In May, I want to switch like half the time I’ve been spending with Netflix towards books and some of the courses I’ve been signed up for (and paid for!), so we’ll see how that goes 🙂

Haul
I was visiting Waterstones Amsterdam with one of my best friends and decided to read more classics, which I explained in this blog post about my Classics Project. I’m starting with Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë, so of course, I had to get my hands on it.
Personal highlights
- My challenge in April was to not (binge) eat chips, and I just threw in chocolate, cookies, candy for the fun of it. And I made it! I also lost 3 kg, which I’m very happy about after gaining so much weight since I got sick. I hope I can keep going, although I’ll allow myself one unhealthier meal or snack a week from now on.
- I regularly went to the gym in the past two months and it’s been going well! The weights are going up, I’m adding more exercises, and I’m noticing getting stronger. I think I even saw some definition in my shoulder during my last workout…
How was your month?
